Our focus is comprehensive AI video and image creation: input text prompts or upload reference images, generate cinematic short videos and high-resolution images across diverse styles, and instantly download your creations—no professional editing or design expertise required. By accessing or using our service at aishort.site you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the platform operator. If you register an account or use any feature (text prompt input, style and model selection, video generation, image generation, download, feedback submission) you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.

Service Description

AI Short is an AI-powered content generation platform whose primary service is the creation of short videos, together with image generation and related creative tools. The specific models, styles, durations, resolutions, and features available may vary over time and are described in the interface. Our services include:

Generation is an iterative, AI-driven process: outputs depend on your prompts, selected models, and parameters, and results may vary. We may add, update, or remove features, models, or capabilities to improve performance, security, compliance, or usability without prior liability; material changes will be communicated where practicable.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable laws, community / platform policies, and these Terms. You are solely responsible for: (a) ensuring you possess rights to all uploaded media (text prompts, reference images, audio, and other source materials), (b) reviewing generated video and image outputs before distribution, and (c) complying with platform policies, content guidelines, privacy and disclosure regulations (including labeling AI-generated content where required).

We do not guarantee that generated outputs will achieve specific outcomes (perfection, specific artistic preferences, commercial success). You retain editorial responsibility for final use and distribution.

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation: Some features require an account. Provide accurate, current, and complete information; do not impersonate others or create accounts under false identities.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all actions taken under your account.
Notifications: Inform us promptly of any unauthorized access or security incident.
Eligibility: You represent that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), or that you have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent where permitted by applicable law, and that you are not barred by applicable law from using the service. The service is not directed to children, and any content involving or depicting minors must comply with the Content Standards & Prohibited Categories section below, which applies a zero-tolerance policy.

Generated Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of: (a) uploaded media (text prompts, reference images, audio) and source materials, and (b) the resulting AI-generated videos, images, audio, and other visual or audiovisual content generated for you (collectively, "Generated Content"). Subject to payment of applicable fees and adherence to these Terms, you receive a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable (for commercial use), royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and implement Generated Content for lawful personal or commercial purposes.

We retain ownership of platform software, interfaces, styling assets, code, and any automation logic (including AI Short algorithms, prompts, and generation pipelines). Except as expressly permitted, you may not extract, copy, or redistribute platform internals.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, transmit, and (if you opt in) analyze anonymized Generated Content for quality improvement (e.g. style preferences, prompt patterns). Private media are not used for public model training without explicit consent.

Creative Use & Platform Compliance

You are solely responsible for compliance with platform policies, privacy guidelines, copyright, trademark, privacy rights, and any disclosure obligations (including disclosing that content is AI-generated where required). Generated Content should maintain appropriate usage rights for source materials where required and must not violate third-party rights.

We do not guarantee specific video or image generation outcomes or commercial certification. Any references to "cinema quality," "high-resolution quality," or "professional enhancement" are aspirational.

Credits, Plans & Usage Limits

Usage may be metered via credits, content generation caps, session limits, or feature gating. Attempting to circumvent limits (multi-account abuse, automated scraping, token manipulation) is prohibited. Unused credits may expire per plan description. We may adjust metering methodology with notice.

Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

In addition to the Content Standards & Prohibited Categories section below, you will not:

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract model weights or proprietary code.
Sell, sublicense, lease, or resell access without written authorization.
Interfere with or degrade performance, security, or integrity of the platform.
Use the service to create or disseminate unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, defamatory, exploitative, or privacy-violating content.
Upload media or materials you lack rights or permissions to use (including real-person materials uploaded in violation of the Real-Person Materials & Authorization Requirements clause below).
Create deceptive videos or images (including deepfakes) with misleading intent or false representations.
Circumvent usage limits, credit systems, API rate limits, or authentication.
Introduce malware, automated extraction bots, or perform denial-of-service attacks.
Use Generated Content to train competing models without a separate license.

Content Standards & Prohibited Categories

AI Short is committed to providing a safe, lawful, and responsible AI content generation service. These content standards apply to all content created, uploaded, generated, published, distributed, or stored through the service, including text prompts, uploaded reference media, and generated videos, images, and audio (Generated Content).

You are strictly prohibited from using the service to generate, upload, request, or distribute any of the following six categories of content:

Pornographic / NSFW Content: Sexually explicit material, nudity, sexual acts or fetishes, pornographic imagery, or any content designed for sexual arousal or that sexualizes individuals.
Violent / Graphic Content: Gratuitous or realistic violence, gore, mutilation, blood, or death, or content that glorifies, incites, promotes, or facilitates real-world violence or physical harm against people or animals.
Hate Speech: Content that attacks, demeans, dehumanizes, or incites hatred, hostility, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, national origin, or other protected characteristics.
Child-Unsafe Content (CSAM): Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that sexually exploits, endangers, harms, or depicts minors in a sexual context. This category is subject to zero tolerance.
Deepfakes / Impersonation: Non-consensual deepfakes or synthetic media of real individuals, impersonation of real people, brands, or institutions, or content created to deceive, defame, harass, or misrepresent a person's identity or actions.
Copyright / Trademark Infringement: Content that infringes or misappropriates third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrighted works, trademarks, logos, brand names, or protected characters, without proper authorization or license.

Zero-Tolerance Content. The following are absolutely prohibited. Violations result in immediate removal and account action, and we reserve the right to report them to relevant law-enforcement authorities:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.
Content promoting, facilitating, or inciting terrorism, extremism, or mass violence.
Instructions or guidance for creating weapons of mass destruction.
Non-consensual intimate deepfakes of real individuals.

General Prohibited Conduct. In addition to the six categories above, you must not:

Generate or disseminate misinformation, disinformation, or harmful rumors.
Impersonate any real individual, brand, or institution.
Infringe the intellectual property, portrait, publicity, or privacy rights of others.
Present AI-generated content as human-created with intent to deceive.
Mass-generate spam, scam, or fraudulent content.
Use "jailbreak" or adversarial prompts designed to bypass platform safety mechanisms.

Real-Person Materials & Authorization Requirements. Certain features (such as image-to-video generation, face swap, virtual try-on / AI outfit change, motion transfer, and other reference-based tools) allow you to upload photos, videos, audio, or other materials depicting real, identifiable individuals. By uploading any such material, you represent and warrant that:

The material depicts you personally, or you have obtained explicit, prior, and informed consent from every identifiable individual depicted (or from their parent or legal guardian where the individual is a minor, or from the applicable rights holder) authorizing you to upload the material and to generate, edit, and distribute content using it for the purposes you request;
You will not upload material depicting any other person without that person's consent, and you will not use real-person materials to generate content that sexualizes, defames, misrepresents, harasses, or otherwise harms the individual depicted;
Materials depicting minors may only be uploaded by a parent or legal guardian, must be entirely appropriate and non-sexualized, and are subject to our zero-tolerance policy for child-unsafe content;
You are solely responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and—upon our request—providing evidence of all required authorizations. We may refuse to process, or may remove, any material or Generated Content where required authorization cannot be reasonably verified.

Content Moderation

We employ a multi-layered moderation system—combining automated screening, human review, and periodic audits—to enforce these content standards across both inputs (prompts and uploaded media) and outputs (generated videos and images).

Automated Moderation (Real-Time): Prompts and generated content are scanned in real time by safety filters, including keyword, semantic, and intent detection on inputs; safety evaluation of generated outputs; and monitoring for abnormal or abusive usage patterns.
Human Review: Content flagged by automated systems or reported by users is routed to our Trust & Safety team for manual review. Reviewers complete content-safety training and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Periodic Audits: We conduct random sampling reviews and periodically evaluate and improve the accuracy and coverage of our automated moderation systems.

Enforcement. Where content violates these standards, we may refuse to generate it, remove or restrict access to it, issue a warning, limit or disable features, or suspend or terminate the associated account (as described in the Suspension & Termination section below). Enforcement measures are applied proportionally to the severity and frequency of the violation. Where practicable, we will notify the affected user of the action taken and the general reason for it.

Appeals. If you believe content was removed or restricted, or an enforcement action was taken, in error, you may request a review by submitting an appeal through the channels described in the Reporting Violations section below (online form or email), including your account identifier, the action you are appealing, and your reasons. Appeals are reviewed by members of our Trust & Safety team who were not involved in the original decision. We aim to acknowledge appeals promptly, to complete reviews within a reasonable period (target: within 7 business days of receiving sufficient information), and to notify you of the outcome. We may reverse, modify, or uphold the original decision. Repeated abusive or bad-faith appeals may be deprioritized.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter any content or behavior that violates these content standards—including child-safety concerns, non-consensual deepfakes, infringement of your rights, or any other prohibited category—please report it to us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Reporting Principles:

Confidentiality: We keep the identity of reporters strictly confidential.
Neutrality: All reports are subject to independent and objective review.
Anti-Abuse: Malicious, false, or bad-faith reports may be logged and acted upon.

We aim to acknowledge reports promptly and to prioritize expedited handling for serious violations, such as those involving child safety or imminent harm, which may be reported to law enforcement.

Intellectual Property Takedown Procedure. If you believe any content on the platform infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice (by email or through the online form) containing: (1) identification of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed to be infringed; (2) identification of the allegedly infringing material, with sufficient detail (URL or location) for us to locate it; (3) your name, address, email address, and telephone number; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law; (5) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and (6) your physical or electronic signature. We will review valid notices promptly, remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate, notify the affected user, and provide an opportunity to submit a counter-notice. In accordance with our repeat-infringer policy, accounts that repeatedly infringe third-party intellectual property rights will be terminated.

Privacy and Data Collection

Data types collected may include account information, video and image generation settings, uploaded media (text prompts, reference images, audio), generated video and image assets (for storage and retrieval), device/technical data, cookies/local storage preferences, usage analytics, and payment/subscription metadata processed via secure third-party providers. See the Privacy Policy for full details. You may delete stored video and image assets where functionality is provided.

Pricing and Payments

Pricing, credit consumption metrics, plan inclusions, renewal cycles, and overage policies are described on the site or relevant order page. Charges are due at purchase or renewal. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may modify pricing with notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes, payment method validity, and compliance with usage caps.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violation of these Terms (including the Content Standards & Prohibited Categories), unlawful activity, security risk, nonpayment, or platform misuse. Where practicable, we will provide notice of the action taken, and for content-related actions the appeal process described in the Content Moderation section remains available to you. Upon termination your license to use the service ceases; sections relating to IP, Generated Content & Ownership (as to prior lawful Generated Content), disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The AI Short service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, or suitability of generated video and image outputs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with all platforms, or achievement of specific video or image generation outcomes or commercial results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary damages, lost opportunities, data loss, goodwill, or reputational harm arising from use or inability to use the service or generated video and image outputs, third-party platform actions (e.g. content restrictions), or implementation decisions. Aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Short, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your misuse of the service, (b) infringement or violation of rights (IP, privacy, publicity rights), including your upload or use of real-person materials without required authorization, (c) breach of these Terms, and (d) distribution or commercial use of Generated Content on third-party platforms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our primary operating entity is organized, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, they will be settled through binding arbitration (or, where arbitration is not enforceable or permitted, by the competent courts) under applicable procedural rules. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections under the law of your place of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we may provide a notice period or in-product notification unless applicable law requires sooner effectiveness. If you object to the revised Terms, discontinue use of the service.
